What Is ProLearn
ProLearn is Kritarth Consulting’s dedicated online learning platform for POSH compliance training.
Every module on ProLearn is built around the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013. Nothing else.
We offer three focused modules — one for employees, one for managers, and one for Internal Committee members — designed to be completed at your own pace, from anywhere, on any device.
Each module is customised for the client organisation and ends with a knowledge assessment. Learners who pass receive a branded certificate of completion that serves as a compliance record under the POSH Act.

Why ProLearn
Employee Module: A focused course on the POSH Act for all employees. Covers definitions, examples, the complaint process, and employee responsibilities. Ends with a knowledge assessment.
Manager Module: A course designed specifically for people managers. Covers a manager’s responsibilities under the POSH Act, how to handle a disclosure from a team member, what to do and what not to do, and when to escalate to the IC. Ends with a knowledge assessment.
IC Member Module: A detailed course for Internal Committee members. Covers the IC’s powers, inquiry procedures, principles of natural justice, and documentation. Designed for presiding officers and IC members.
Certificate of Completion: Every learner who passes the assessment receives a certificate branded with their organisation’s name. Serves as a compliance record under the POSH Act 2013.
